Adding Topics to Presenting Problems

Question: Can we add “presenting problems” topics under the Progress Notes tab in OakTree?

Response: Yes, with Super Admin access

  1. Click  the Settings icon
  2. Click the Libraries link
  3. Look for Clinical Care Libraries then select the Presenting Problems

4. You can choose to either Create a New Presenting Problem Group or select an existing group to edit/add the content.
