Where do I start to sign in and setup OakTree Supervision for the first time?

Question:

I am new to OakTree Supervision where should I start?

Solution:

A. If you are Super Admin customer support should contact you to start the process. If you need a refresher please refer to Getting Started (Super Admin Only)

B. If you are a standard user your Super Admin will provide the following:

1. 1. Open your Chrome Browser
   2. Type in this web address: www.myoaktreesupervision.com
   3. Click [Login]
   4. Type in your User Name
   5. Type in your Password
   6. Type in Organization
   7. Click the [Sign in]

If you are either a Super Admin or standard user we recommend reviewing the following:

1. 1. Guide – Applying Hours from the MyCredentials Tab
   2. Video – Applying Hours with Supervisor/Admin Approve Process
