What are the password rules to create or change a OakTree Password?

Question:

 I need to create a new password for an OakTree user. What are the password rules?

Answer: 

 Passwords must meet the following criteria

• Length: 8 characters min with a max of 26 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
• Special characters encouraged but not required
