How to Change the Default Questionnaire Type in Assessments?

Question: I need to change the default questionnaire type from Adult to Adult JACHO. How do I do this so my users can start using this right away?

Conditions:

1) You must have Super Admin level access.

2) Ensure you have a subscription to the select questionnaire. Contact customer support for clarification if you are unsure.

Solution: Here the steps to change the default questionnaire from Adult to Adult JACHO.

From the Ribbon hover to Setup then click System Options

Step 1 – Click the [Edit] button

Step 2 – Click the dropdown list for Default Assessment Type to select another questionnaire you have a subscription to.

Step 3 – Click [Save]
