Problem: When I look up certain clients in the system they are no longer listed but can be found in the system when other clinicians look them up?
Steps for Solution: The reason you are not able to see some clients is due to your access level. When your AccuCare is setup with two Agencies your level of access may block you from seeing the client under the other agency. If this needs to be changed please contact the Super Admin in your organization for assistance.
