Unable to Upload a Word Document into Chart Management

Problem:  

Trying to upload a report to a client's chart that is in Word...when I hit browse to select, it doesn't seem to recognize any of the Word documents in the folder...

Steps for Solution: The upload function in Chart Mangement only accepts PDF formatted documents. You will first need to save the word document as PDF then upload to chart. If you are using Microsoft word you find an option to under File --> Export  --> [Create PDF/XPS] button
