How do I change the name where "Staff Signature" goes, to the actual name of the person completing the Treatment Plan?

Question:

How can I change the name where "Staff Signature" goes, to the actual name of the person completing the Treatment Plan?

Solution:

The Staff signature printout is a standard lock report so Staff Signature cannot be changed. However, if you have Chart Management you would be able to add the signature at the end of the treatment of the person who created the Treatment Plan, the Doctor, client and more if required.
