How can I add a "Printed Name" signature line to the Treatment Plan?

Question:

On a Treatment Plan, how can I add a "Printed Name" signature line to the Tx Plan template? 

Answer:

1) The Treatment Plan is a locked report when printed out from the Treatment Plan module.  Adding Chart Management to your subscription would you to print out a signature line when conducting a File and Sign. This will also allow your organization to go paperless with a copy of the Treatment in a electronic filing cabinet (Chart Management module)
