Preserving and Protecting Discharged Client Records

If you find yourself with a clients who have been discharged and you no longer need to update their records then archiving them is answer.

When you archive a client the historical record is preserved and their reports are hidden from your users.

If the client returns or need to view their record you can unhide them from view.
