When using OakTree Practice Management please remember you will be disconnected due to non-activity. This means if you leave your connection open but are not actively using OakTree, basically sitting idle in the program over a 60-minute period your connection will disconnect to allow other users access to the program. If you were in the middle of creating or updating a form and were idle for 60 minutes your inputs will not be saved. As long as you are active you will not be disconnected. Use the [Save Progress] button often to best ensure you do not lose any of your inputs. When you are done using OakTree it is recommended you log out to properly disconnect from the program.
