How to Review OakTree Added Custom Forms

Question
How can we access forms to review their accuracy and make sure they look good for what we need? 

 Solution:

 To view your forms  you will need to do the following

1. Open Workflow open 
2. Select a Tab 
3. Click on Forms
4. Check each form and  YES radio button  you wish to see on screen for review -  (do not forget to save before going to the next step)

1. Go Clinical 
2. Select a test client like Joe Test or whatever practice client you have 
3. Next click the Tab where you check next the form and select the YES button
4. You should then be given a list of all the forms you wish to see 
5. You will need to click each form to open it to see the form layout for review
