How is the Privacy Agreement Checkbox used in AccuCare?

Question:

When I put a client into AccuCare and it asked if the privacy agreement has been signed what does that involved.

Answer:

The checkbox next to the Privacy agreement statement is a reminder check only. It is placed there so the next clinician that opens the client's demographic tab knows if the previous person has informed the client about their organization's privacy agreement.
