I have a user who recently married how do I change their User ID?

How do I change a username for a staff member who recently married?

Solution:

The Username once created is a constant and cannot be changed. We recommend changing the Signature Block which is more important to show updated last name and credentials in future reports.  The Username is a lock record or main key which connects the user to the clients they work with. Having the user continuing to sign in to the existing username is the best option after making changes to the signature block.
