Invalid Entry in Assessment Can Not Be Changed

Question: I accidentally entered an invalid value in the assessment and cannot back out of the field and save the assessment. What do I do?


Here are some solutions we recommend 

 

Solution #1- A dialog box at the top of the screen should appear with a list of allowed values. First, click the [OK] button then change the field to an accepted value.

 

Solution #2 Another choice after clicking the [OK] button is to click the {Esc} key on your keyboard. Look for this key in the upper left of your keyboard. This key will reset the field value back to the original value before your input.
