Solution:  If you find yourself without access to MyAccuCare.com, for example, a jail setting where internet access might be sparse, consider going to our Questionnaires and Blank Forms. Here you will be able to printout PDF versions of assessment questionnaires and other forms to complete your assessment. Once you return to your office you will be able to fill out the electronic version question for question in MyAccuCare.com.
