MDA Print Error: ClientName = True , but no Client ID was specified

Problem:  The following error will occur if a user attempts to print or work with a Client’s MDA while the client’s records have been archived.

If a client has been archived the user will not be able to print out MDA



Contact Super Admin to change client’s access from Archive to Active by going to Setup - Archive Client

1) Search for Client

2) Select Client to move to Working List

3) Click [Next] button then select the Active radio button then [Finish] button

4) User should be able to work with this client Print and create.
