Description of Problem: When I sign my name, diagonal lines appear from the top left corner cut through my signature after I have transferred my signature to AccuCare using the Scriptel pad.
Solution: We have done some further experimentation with Webroot to determine how it may interfere with our signature pads. It seems that a specific feature called “Identity Protection-> Identity shield” causes the interference. With this function disabled, as shown in the attached screenshot, the signature pad attached to my computer began to function correctly again.
